Room was ok, bed was very uncomfortable. They did not clean or even enter the room to freaking up towels or make the bed. Nothing! Left a note to top the staff though, which we normally always do! The breakfast was out of everything when we went down an hour before it was supposed to close. No milk, no hot food, no juices that were not extremely watered done. Friit gone, bread gone. We didn’t eve try second day we went out for breakfast. The water was even empty. Side walks were slippery not well maintained. We have stayed here many times over the years but I really don’t think I will be back. A lot of money for what you get.

Overall OK, the kids liked the pool and game room but this was also a party hotel. We smelled weed in the halls and we unfortunately were next to a room no lie that was up ALL Night until 6am. We asked to have them quiet down the staff told me that side of the hotel has a lot of kids and pets and their was nothing they could do which is weird because we certainly didn’t hear one kid or a pet we heard Music and yelling. I don’t think we will ever venture back here again.

The room had a horrible smell coming from The vents and then we found bugs in the bed. At breakfast the woman working the breakfast bar was incredibly rude. Children were filling cups properly. Not causing any problems and she snapped at them and told them they couldn't push the buttons and that no one was watching their children. The children were behaving better than most adults. Then some sprinkles were on the ground by the waffle bar and she was loudly complaining about sprinkles on the floor. She then put away all the waffle batter at 9:40 and said it was closed. She complained to peoples faces that they were about to close and go hurry up and it was 9:20. She was miserable. That was the icing on a horrible cake after having to sleep in a fecal smelling room then finding a bug in my bed.
