He was next level! accommodating,communicative, and suggested various options for our specific need's complete with Google map directions.In addition, knowing that I was a caretaker of my 86-year-old husband with mid dementia, he showed extreme kindness in all responses and checked in to make sure that everything was being met for us to enjoy a relaxing stay.I think what most stands out is that the fact that I felt really heard as far as my concerns were because my husband at that time was a 14 month post cardiac open heart patient as well.Coming to South Carolina from South Florida presented its own unique problems that resulted in two ER visits.I had no idea where to go, and Kenneth was extremely helpful with guiding me to the closest ER.I am grossly late in responding with my review due to the subsequent double pneumonia that has been discovered with my husband.Thank God I received this prompt that time was running out so as I sit here in the ER knowing that he will in fact be admitted this time, I am glad I got a moment to send this review.If you ever want the best stay offering that comes with so much more, I cannot give more accolades than the above to the “extra,”that Kenneth went.
