We stayed for our 25th anniversary from 27th of December to the 10th of January 2026 From our 1st day, I arrived way earlier than the check in time as my flight landed early that morning while my husband’s flight got delayed couple of hours as we were coming from two different countries, which made it hard for me to wait in the airport. The front desk staff that morning were very welcoming and kind, they offered me a free breakfast and they did my check in way in advance which was great. The room was amazing and they decorated for our anniversary and offered welcome drinks and chocolate coated strawberries Afterwards we felt like family to everyone in the hotel including the restaurant staff. They helped us with our city tour and gave excellent recommendations for our anniversary dinner, Mr Frenando recommended an excellent restaurant which madd our anniversary night celebration a quite memorable experience. Although the hotel is a small boutique style but it’s definitely exceptional in services they provided. On our last night before checking out, the kitchen manager Mr Vince offered us a cookie box for their best cookies and the kitchen staff packed us an early breakfast. Everyone made our stay pleasurable and forever memorable and we appreciate them so much. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back next time we are in Lisbon 10/10

The hotel is extremely wonderful! The staff is so friendly and helpful & the aesthetic of the entire building is excellent with attention to details. The room was very clean and the welcome brownies were delicious! The only complaint I have is water from the shower leaked a little bit outside the shower door, but thats it! I wish this franchise expanded beyond Portugal I would stay at Wine and Books each time I travel!

This property is very modern and eco friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the food is organic and fresh. I felt so safe and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. I especially enjoyed the spa after a long day of traveling. The hotel is super super clean. I had an excellent stay here! The hotel is modern, clean, and well-equipped with impressive amenities. The staff was friendly and professional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Fernando at the concierge desk—he was incredibly helpful and shared great tips about local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the restaurant service was top-notch. The location was perfect, close to key landmarks and easy to reach by public transportation. I’d definitely stay here again!
