Clean but tired property, very steep stairs down to door even though it said ground floor. Bathroom basin drain almost totally blocked. 10 minute walk to many dining options near station. Overall ok value for money but won’t stay again.

The place was clean and tidy when we arrived, but there was a slightly musty smell. It was also somewhat lacking in supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, etc.). In terms of location – it’s relatively close to a main bus and metro station, about a 7-minute walk.

La propriété est proche de la gare et du bord de l’eau. Nous avons très mal dormi à cause du confort des lits. Une chance que nous avions seulement une petite nuit en location avant le retour à la maison. Le support de la pomme de douche doit absolument être remplacé. L’eau coule à la grandeur de la salle de bain. Pas étonnant que le plancher devant la salle de bain est à remplacer. Une des fenêtres de la cuisine ne se barre pas. Ne connaissant pas le secteur, nous n’étions pas sûre de laisser nos effets de valeurs dans l’appartement. Sinon la cuisine est bien équipée et l’endroit est très propre.

No airport shuttle and studio 6 is tricky to find. Especially at night. No way I can see this tiny sign from the street at night. Owner/worker are semi responsive. Area is nice and quiet and 10 min from oriente train station

The door code we were given to get in didn’t work Had to call on WhatsApp to get in! And then the door wouldn’t lock so had to order food in ! The neighbors had noisy dogs and also some screaming kids Never had a good sleep ! Shower was hot but shower door wouldn’t close properly! Floors need renovating ! TV only had sound no visual! When I complained he offered to pay Uber to airport !!!

The owners were great. Very customer friendly. The location is perfect. 5 min walk to Oriente station serving all of Portugal and 10 min drive to airport. For 15 euros the owner drove us to the airport at 5:AM Better service than taxi or uber.

1. Studio no. 6 was somewhat difficult to find, more exact instructions are needed indicating that it is at a completely separate entrance (in fact, on an adjacent street). 2. Instructions for locating keys with code are confusing, had to call property at midnight for help. On the other hand, they were responsive and helpful. 3. Bad odor in the bathroom. 4. No soap in the bathroom.
