Overall ok, lobby was a bit shabby and unkept. Elevators could use a good cleaning as well. First night had a leak in bathroom from ceiling in the middle of night. I had to request a different room but overall okay. Like their spa and pool.

Hotel,room and staff were fantastic. Couldn’t fault it at all. We stayed for 5 nights and had half board. The food was great and there was plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend it and we’ll be going back.

The rooms were clean & well maintained. Had some issue adjusting the room temperature. The maintenance manager immediately addressed it.The staff was super welcoming and very helpful. The location was very convenient to a supermarket, eatery, shopping , pastry shops, restaurants & self serve laundromat. The Metro station is right outside of the hotel, too. I highly recommend a lengthy stay at this hotel. When I return to Lisbon, I won't stay anywhere but here. I couldn't complain about a single thing but the weather. It rained all week.

It was centrally located near to the tube and busses and shopping.The service in the hotel was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was also good but I missed the famous grilled fish that is known in Portugal. The only thing that you have to watch out for is the charge for the indoor pool, spa and sauna. It is not included in the price.

First time visiting Portugal and such a great experience with JL hotel! It is literally in front of the yellow line metro and so many great restaurants, shopping centers and museums are near by. Very walkable to the former bull fighting ring and it has been repurposed to be a concert hall, restaurants, market and shopping center for variety of options for the quick bites and travel needs. Breakfast was included into the package and it was great service every day with fresh fruits, and made to order eggs with continental breakfast buffet. I will certainly come back to stay there again.
