The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel right at home. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious hot buffet breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. Our room had high ceilings, was spotlessly clean, and featured soft, cozy linens along with a sleek, modern bathroom. We had an enjoyable experience!!!

My wife and I have just returned from a 6 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s is a beautiful environment and is kept exceptionally clean at all times. All staff we encountered were happy, polite, helpful and professional and just really nice people. Our room was very well equipped, spacious, clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were excellent even for my vegan requirements. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough - we had a wonderful first visit to Lisbon and this hotel has made us both want to return again soon.

It was central to a lot of the main attractions. We only had a day and got to see a lot by walking around. They treated us like gold. I was nervous about possible metro noise from prior reviews. I am a light sleeper and I never heard a thing. We stayed on the 1st floor.

The hotel is on a quiet side area with no direct road in front so drop off by the Uber driver was a bit difficult as we did not know where we were going. However, once we found the hotel - it was lovely, very convenient location to all the sites and excellent breakfast included. It is also right next to the tram stop for tram 28. I would definitely recommend!

This was our first stop in Portugal. The room was lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Tons of shops and restaurants are nearby. A rental car place is close and the subway and tram are near. It is tucked away on a side street, so people aren't familiar with it, but it is right behind the Mundial. Great location, good people, I'd stay here again.

Great central location, all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble, breakfast was surprisingly good with a lot of choice for an inclusive continental . Bathroom was very clean and a big space with a great shower, only down side was the room was quite small with only a small single wardrobe with 5 hangers so we lived out of our cases, that said for service and location I would definitely stay again

Such a cute hotel. Location itself if great but there is a building across that street for sale that appears to be abandoned. Once in the hotel there is an amazing atmosphere. Staff is excellent. Updated interior done with local charm!

Lovely 4 night stay in Lisbon

I picked this hotel due to its central location yet tucked away in a quiet pedestrian street. It was a wonderful hotel, room was on the 4th floor and very quiet, no outside noise. We opted for a superior room and it was a great size and so too was the bathroom. Only negative was lack of storage space for clothes, which is being very picky! Across the street from Rossio metro station which takes you straight to the airport (with one change), all for a few euros. The breakfast staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We did not eat at any other time in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel 👍

There was not one thing about this hotel experience that was less than first-rate. It was even better than it looked online. Breakfast was spectacular, staff was tremendous, room was perfect, quiet, comfortable. Would return here again in a heartbeat.
