It is a very funky hotel! Made up of old bits and pieces. The staff are lovely and very helpful. There is no elevator! So we needed the help of the staff to carry our suitcases up and down. We had asked for a lower floor room and were given a room on 3 which we didnt quite consider that lower floor.. the breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts cheese etc. The room was very clean, but very spartan the bed was comfy, We dont drink coffee and found the coffee machine very inconvenient and di not want to run up and down 44 stairs to get tea in the breakfast room every morning. Now the worst part, we were in a front facing room, a back room may have been better. We got very little sleep because the night life on the street in front of the hotel started around 9 pm and ended around 6 am So, dont bring a lot of luggage with you and bring very good earplugs if you want to stay there. They also arranged a car to take us to the airport. The location is good, it is on Pink Street, the hop on jop off bus stops are close. It is easy walking to old town and has a huge market close by.

The room itself was okay but very compact. The shower and WC were tiny and not very private! Staff were great on check in, they allowed us to check in a bit earlier. We didn’t have breakfast or use the bar at all. We were on the 5th floor with no lift and dangerous stairs. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone that has a heart or respiratory condition or for anyone with mobility issues. Location though was great, in the heart of the city, close to the river and walking distance to most places.

This property is fine for a budget traveller. However, when booking through Expedia it’s stated all costs had been covered. This was not the case and I had to pay tax when I arrived. The staff were great. The property could do with some love.

Had an amazing stay. Rooms are unique. Only down fall is they don’t have an elevator stay d on the 3rd and 5th floors. If you have mobility issues not a place to stay.

Close to everything , charming intimate room - excellent value in a Lisbon. The only issue is the noise from the neighboring bars , the rooms do not block out the street noise ( we were glad to have ear plugs at 3 in the morning )

Location is amazing, room is comfortable. Excellent shower and bed. Very good breakfast buffet. The only issue are the stairs. Our room was on the 5th floor, so it was hard to get our bags upstairs. But I would definitely stay again.

Odd bathroom, probably better for a single person.

This place was perfect location wise, we loved the central spot right on pink street worked perfect for our overnight before our flight. The room itself is on the 5th (6th counting ground floor) no elevator as is common, so keep that in mind if you’re lugging luggage. The room itself was neatly decorated but small, hardly a path around the queen bed. Probably easier for a single person or a very cozy couple like us. The real kicker was the bathroom, all glass. And I do mean ALLLL glass, including between shower and toilet. There is only one sliding privacy glass panel which means your partner from the bed (only other place to be in such small space) gets a partial show of your business. We found this quirky and hilarious for one night, but only one night. View from the “balconette” was cute

Im used to resort style stays. This property was nothing like what I’m accustomed to but it was awesome! The location is dead center of the infamous pink street. There are tons of bars, restaurants and shops within minutes. for such a busy area, we couldn’t really hear the street noise at night which was truly surprising. Be aware there are no elevators and the decor is quirky, but clean. There is also air conditioning in the rooms. Lastly, make sure you truly like the person you are staying with as the showers and toilet are not quite private. Enjoy!
