I was charged a deposit that was promised to be returned and has not been. My husband and I arrived late and after witnessing the hotels treatment of another guest we recorded a video of the condition of the room on check in and check out. The hotel has falsely claimed damaged linens despite our video of the room. The room had roaches and mold in the bathroom . We prepaid Expedia and it was nonrefundable so we stayed. Expedia's customers who book through this travel platform expect to have honest information provided and I feel very deceived and taken advantage of. I have had to pay three times the rate on Expedias site for the worst room I think I've ever stayed in. This is straight up THEFT!!!

Had to give 5 star. My Bassett got a treat and a belly rub from the front desk so it’s 5 star all the way. Nice people. He was having trouble with the computer system but handled it with class and humor making it less of a problem. Definitely stop in again if I’m in the area

Mold in the room. They tried to put us in two diffrent room both had the same problem. Second room they stuck us in the toilet didnt work and had mold. I should of be refunded my whole stay.

The room seemed unfinished, no vanity in the bathroom and minimal furniture. Poor water pressure in the shower. Some kind of small bugs in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

The check-in lady at night was very nice, we got in at 9:45pm so it was straight to bed. The bed was clean, and comfortable, noticed it had been updated recently. In the morning turned the light to the bathroom to find bugs 🐜 and mold. The bathroom clearly hasn’t been renovated yet… When checking out the lady was very rude and not willing to talk about a refund, and said yeah we know we have bugs have been working on the problem… how are they still open for business?

The service was fantastic, very friendly and quick! We were only there about 2 hours when we saw 2 coackroaches running on the walls. We took our belongings and left immediately! The front desk lady was very helpful and apologized several times. She said they knew about the issue and were treating for them. I feel that maybe they should close until the issue has been addressed and taken care of so guests aren't returning home with an issue that's going to cost them money to take care of!!
