Great location but a few challenges

This apartment offers a fantastic, walkable location and a very responsive host, which are definite pluses. The building staff is also great. However, be aware that the apartment is situated next to a heavily trafficked street, and the lack of soundproof windows means nighttime can be a bit challenging due to noise. Additionally, accessing the rooftop or gym requires a trip to the lobby to have the front desk scan their elevator access card, adding an extra step.

Great Place in the Best Location

The apartment is gorgeous with well selected furniture and artwork. There are lots of modern appliances-all in good working order except for the water dispenser in the fridge. The rooms were clean and the floor plan provides space for socializing and time for privacy. The kitchen is decent size, the living room stylish and comfortable though a little small. The entire apartment was very clean. Having three bathrooms was great since there were six of us in all. They included a private bathroom with a large tub (watch stepping over it!) and shower for the master bedroom. The pool and large patio are on the roof. We did not take advantage of this area. We did though inquire about it, and reserving time on the roof seemed to be a simple, straightforward process- but it is a common area for the entire building. The view from the apartment was fantastic, a panoramic view of Miraflores, the shoreline and the ocean. Our adult “kids” raved about the apartment. To sum up- they felt like royalty. The apartment’s location added value to our stay. Being on Avenida Jose Pardo was great! It is a walking distance to many great bars, cafes, and restaurants. It is a very safe area and the only complaint we had was that we wanted to stay more days to continue to explore. Lima is a foodie paradise and can be lots of fun. Having an apartment so close to the Calle de las pizzas and Parque Kennedy and areas like Calle Berlin made for a very fun stay. We strongly recommend this wonderful apartment.
