Modern and spacious place with great lighting, in the very heart of Miraflores, a contemporary district in Lima. The place is close to main avenues and restaurants. It is located in front of a beautiful park with a great vibe and even a bikeway. The whole place is yours. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it’s fully equipped and comfortable for long stays. It can accomodate 5 guests. The ocean view is spectacular, perfect to sit back and relax, even if you need to reply to an email or just to enjoy a drink. The building has a 24 hour doorman and private parking. You can come and go into the building as you please, there are no time restrictions.
