Staff were extremely helpful, lovely large room for our family clean and tidy with proper beds for everyone. we had 2 singles and one double very comfortable. Great modern hotel on the outskirts of Lille and adjacent to a shopping centre. Room was considerably larger than other B&B Hotels I have stayed at. Very well kept and staff very helpful. Parking is on level -3 of the adjacent Lillenium multi-storey car park (signed from the road) with a lift directly to the hotel.

The staff made this hotel. They were so friendly. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. It was nice that they did proper family rooms with a double and 2 single beds. So many hotels class a pull out sofa bed as a family room.
