Opera - Cozy, nicely located in the heart center

Are you looking for a studio where you can stay for a few days or several weeks? The Opera is made for you!
Freshly renovated and decorated in fall 2021 with a strong artistic touch, the opera studio offers you a cozy and warm interior, decor in line with current trends and colors from the plant world. The decorator, Mélanie Maquinay (WE ARE CURIOUS Agency) is a local artist who offers a universe based on the integration of art into everyday life, upcycling, greening, wall frescoes and the enhancement of furniture and objects.

His choices naturally fell on wooden elements and vintage furniture with character. On the walls, as a final touch: plant and geometric patterns, paintings in harmony with the palette of beiges and greens which make up the ambiance of the studio and inspire serenity.
The studio
Located in the very center and lined with shops, restaurants and bars, it is rather quiet because it is at the back of the building.
The living room consists of a double bed, a table with chairs and an equipped kitchen area. There is also a bathroom with WC.
Access
The studio is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator, but also stairs for the bravest!
The neighborhood
The area is lively thanks to the pedestrian streets with shops, bars and restaurants. It is located a few meters from the Opera and the Churchill and Sauvenière cinemas. A gym is also available nearby.
We can say that you won't want for anything since, in addition to the small local shops, you are only a few hundred meters from two supermarkets (Delhaize and Carrefour Express).
Transportation
The accommodation is accessible:
by bus : the closest stops are located Boulevard de la Sauvenière and Place Saint-Lambert
by train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is Guillemins
by car : the apartment is accessible via rue de la Casquette. Car parks nearby: Neujean, Cathedral, Sauvenière.

Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
