The studio
The entrance gives access to the living room which includes a kitchen/dining table area with a lounge area. The bedroom area with double bed is right next door and the bathroom with shower and WC.

The neighborhood
The street is quite busy, however the studio is relatively quiet because it is located at the rear of the building.You will appreciate the proximity to all amenities: restaurants, bars, shops; but also theater, cinemas and gym! What if with all this, you want to take a coffee break? Go to Merlix Cats Café, the café on the ground floor, which offers you a coffee while being surrounded by cats!

Transportation
You will be able to access the accommodation:

• By train : there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is that of Guillemins (located 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutesin bus)
• By bus : the urban network is very well supplied and the nearest stop (200m) is served by a large number of lines
• By car : rue Saint-Rémy is reserved for residents of the street, but it is possible to park on the streets neighbors (paid parking), or in neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).

Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:

• For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
• For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.

Long stay cleaning fees

For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
