The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel so just be aware of that going in. It is conveniently right across from the airport, and the shuttle starts running at 4:30am which got us to the airport in five minutes with plenty of time to get through security for our 7:00am flight home. The food at the restaurant is good, and also very friendly staff there too. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport on your way home, or if you get in late in the evening.

An Honest Review

Honest Review of Our Stay at the Hilton We recently stayed at the Hilton, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, our visit fell short of expectations. First, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, the pillows were flat and lacked support, which only added to the discomfort. The dining experience was also disappointing. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant's prices were quite high for what was offered, and two out of three of our meals were incorrect when they arrived. The waitress was kind, but the mix-up made our dining experience frustrating. Overall, we left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed, especially given the Hilton's reputation. While we understand that things don't always go perfectly, we were hoping for a better standard of service and comfort. We would love to give the Hilton another chance in the future, especially if improvements are made. A gesture of goodwill, such as a discount or promotional offer, would certainly encourage us to return and see if our experience was just an off night.

Easy drop off for an early flight. The hotel is nice a convenient. Very nice pool area with indoor or outdoor, poolside dining. Our experience was really good, the only downside of being in a warm climate is having air conditioning in your rooms and with hotel air conditioners they can wake you up from your sleep because of noise and also your body temperature can go from hot to cold. Otherwise bed and room was very good!

It's was a great place to stay for the night before our flight out of Costa Rica, except. . . The air conditioning unit!!! It was like having an airplane take off in our room whenever it started up. My husband tried to get them to fix it, but we needed to sleep so gave up. Also, the room still smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. But, it was clean and quiet, and, as usual, the people working there were so nice. I will miss Costa Rica!
