We arrived at the hotel on the day of our check in just after 2 pm. We went through all the papers and were told our room would not be ready until 3 pm. We went and found a nearby brewery and returned at 3:30, where a line formed for service. We joined the line, when some other people thought it would be faster to start two lines. At around 4:30 we were told our room was not ready and it wasn’t clean. Please give them 20 minutes (even though other peoples rooms were ready). We came back in 20 minutes (waiting in line again for 1 hour) and at first the room still wasn’t ready. FINALLY they put us in a different room. Service was slow - and I don’t understand why they don’t have ropes for the line for peak periods or the three check-in desks running… other than that, the stay and amenities were fine. Wish I’d considered the other nearby airport hotel and will look closer next time I stay in the area before choosing this one again.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Cleanliness is great, restaurant is okay, nice pool and fitness facilities. Check in was at 3:00pm and we had to wait in line until 4:00 pm to get a room. This hotel needs more front desk staff during peak check-in times at 3:00pm. They advised they had no clean rooms upon check-in. Perhaps more cleaning staff onsite would help with ensuring guests had clean rooms available when check-in opens. I’ve never had to wait in a hotel lobby for an hour waiting for the room to be cleaned, This Hilton location can do better. No apology or compensation was given for the delay. A free drink or meal in the restaurant would have been nice while we waited for our room to be cleaned.

The burning hot water in the bathroom faucet (the only source of water besides the shower) was unusable and dangerously scalding). They tried and failed to fix it. The maintenance person said it is unfixable and has been a problem for a long time). The shower was also broken out first day, but he somewhat successfully fixed that, though he couldn’t offer a shower with pressure (it was enough to wash the kids, but not the hair). Hotel food exorbitant and not very good (a 4/10 for taste). We ate every meal out after paying $90 for a breakfast for 2 babies and 2 adults and over $100 for dinner). Pool cold. Plus: there’s a washer and dryer.

The AC and heater were broken: it was either freezing or hot as hell. I had to continuously adjust the temperature throughout the night. The curtains didn't have room darkening, so it was very bright for sleeping. No drinking water provided. The restaurant food quality was poor and expensive. No bellman to help with luggage. The room was kind of run down.

The 24 hour shuttle is not 24 hours. They allow it to be overbooked and inconsistent. If you are staying there to catch a morning flight plan on other transportation. The check in was 3 and our room was still not ready
