We were in town for a golf tournament and my husband wanted to visit Buffalo Trace. This apartment was a great location for both of those things. We loved the feel of the place. However, like another review already mentioned, there are several things to know about the place. It’s located over a restaurant. We could clearly hear all the restaurant noise. There were cars street racing outside until well after midnight. The water pressure is very weak (could be why there is no dishwasher). They need hooks in the bathroom for towels. All the floors creak with every step. So, no late trips to the bathroom without waking everyone. We can’t really speak to the kitchen facilities. We didn’t use them. The lock on the front door was a bit difficult to use. I almost got the key stuck. The place isn’t bad as far as location and access to lots of bars and restaurants. It’s probably not a place we would stay in again just because of the noise. If you don’t have to be up early like we had to, it would be an ideal place to stay.
