It is a bright and maintained apartment, with good comfort. Location: 350m from the shops - 50m from the Marais car park where the village market is located on Thursday mornings. 450 m from the Chavannes cable cars.

Description: - Entrance hall + cupboards - equipped open kitchen area (ceramic hob + mini-oven + fridge + toaster + kettle + dishwasher + electric coffee maker + upper and lower cupboards with cookware) - equipped lounge area 2 single pull-out beds (80cm) and 1 TV + access to a south-facing balcony/terrace - Shower room (shower, washbasin) - WC. indep. - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) + cupboard and access to the balcony/terrace. - ski room common to the residence.
