La Maison d'Élise - LES BONDONS

In a small rural village located in the southern Massif Central between Mont Lozère and the Gorges du Tarn at an elevation of 940 meters, a fully renovated historic stone house dating from 1771, situated in the center of the village. The house consists of a basement and two stories. The basement could potentially be used for storage. On the first floor: living room (TV, wood-burning stove, sofa, storage closet, Wi-Fi), a fully equipped kitchenette open to the living room (oven, microwave, dishwasher), and a master suite with a 140-cm bed, en suite bathroom, and toilet. On the second floor: a landing leads to two large vaulted bedrooms; the first is furnished with a 140-cm bed and a dresser. The second bedroom, which features storage space, has two 90-cm beds that can accommodate two people. These two bedrooms each have two windows offering breathtaking views of Mount Aigoual. On the same landing, there is a separate toilet and a fully renovated bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, and radiator. Large terrace with unobstructed views. A wooden table, 6 chairs, and a parasol are provided for your enjoyment. A private area in front of the cottage is available for parking your vehicles. You can also enjoy the barbecue, which is at your disposal. Pets are not allowed. Heating is to be paid for on site as an additional charge for usage exceeding 8 kWh per day, except during the period from June 15 to August 31.
