This 60 m2 apartment with a balcony for 6/8 people has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed in 140 cm, one with two single beds in 90 cm, and another with two bunk beds in 80 cm. Double sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with 1 separate toilet. A living area with a kitchen corner equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, washing machine. Balcony. An underground parking space is included on floor -2.

Residence Located at the foot of the ski slopes next to the Chamois chairlift, ski return to the doorstep, station center access 5 minutes on foot, for winter the ESF (Ski School) is 10 minutes on foot
In summer, mountain biking is accessible with the same chairlift, with many hiking trails and an aquatic center open during school holiday periods.
