Lerici typical cottage on the hills

Casetta immersa nel verde degli ulivi, disposta su due livelli con due camere, cucina abitabile, terrazza con gazebo davanti alla casa, e terrazza al primo piano fornita di sedie e tavolo. Cucina con angolo cottura e fornelli fatta su misura in muratura, piastrelle e sportelli in legno, antica credenza in legno di noce , tavolo tondo allungabile e cinque sedie in legno, pavimento in piastrelle. Camere fresche e luminose al primo piano. La camera più grande con televisione, ventola al soffito, nuova poltrona letto e ampio divano letto comodo, con secondo letto a scorrimento, comodini, comò e armdio. Camera matrimoniale con letto, comodino, armadio e luci. Agevoli scale in marmo. Angolo box doccia, lavandino e armadietto al piano terra, toilette essenziale con servizi al primo piano. Rimessa con scaffali in metallo, attrezzatura per la pulizia e due sedie a sdraio.
Casa in pietra, ora imbiancata e ristrutturata, di origine contadina di inizio 900 con finestre originali in legno, tetto spiovente e pavimenti rustici. Disposta a pochi metri da strada molto tranquilla nel verde con punti molto panoramici sul golfo di Lerici e le isole, dalla quale in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere La Spezia, Sarzana, San Terenzo di Lerici con le sue spiagge, Lerici centro, Tellaro il parco di Montemarcello Magra-Vara e l'autostrada. Strada abitualmente percorsa da turisti e locali anche in bici o per jogging. La 'Baia Blu' è la spiaggia più vicina, con stabilimento privato o spiaggia libera, raggiungibile a piedi o in meno di cinque minuti di macchina. Poco distanti da casa stradine percorribili a piedi che scendono a San Terenzo, tra uliveti e giardini, ben segnalate anche dal CAI di Sarzana.. Fermata del bus per Lerici, La Spezia e Sarzana a pochi metri da casa. Parcheggio agevole sulla strada davanti al vialetto di casa. Lerici e San Terenzo sono a traffico limitato. Supermercato a cinque minuti di macchina. Bar, bazar, tabaccheria-giornali e pub a poca distanza da casa. Ideale per chi vuole trascorrere le vacanze in un luogo tranquillo ma poco distante dalle spiagge e dai centri culturali e paesaggistici di questa parte della Liguria.
Small country house surrounded by olive trees, two levels with two rooms, a kitchen, a tiled garden with a pavillon in front of the house, and a terrace at the first floor equipped with a table and chairs. The kitchen: kitchen area made of masonry, an ancient family cupboard, an extendable round table and five chairs. Bright rooms at the first floor. The larger one: with a television, a fan in the ceiling, a chair bed (2014) and a large comfortable sofa bed that becomes two separated beds (mattresses 2013), a night table, a bureau and a wardrobe. A small essential bed room: a double bed (matresses 2016), a night table and a wardrobe. Mosquito nets. Comfortable stairs made of marble. A shower, washbasin and a locker at the ground floor, A small essential toilet at the first floor. A storeroom with metal shelves and some outer chairs.
House of rural origins built at the beginning of the last century or older, original wooden windows recently restored, a sloping roof and some old rustic floors ( “marmetta”). Placed a few meters from a quiet road at the beginning of the hills, where there are panoramic views of the Gulf of Poets from which in a few minutes it is possible to reach La Spezia, Sarzana, San Terenzo di Lerici with its beaches, the Lerici center, Tellaro, Montemarcello Magra-Vara Natural Park and the highway.“ Baia blu”is the nearest beach: a beach resort and a free seaside, accessible by foot or in less than five minutes by car. Not far from the house there are mule tracks to reach San Terenzo, surrounded by olive groves and gardens, well marked also by CAI. The bus stop for Lerici is just a few meters from here. Some parking lots along the road, one in front of the pathway. Lerici and San Terenzo are restricted traffic areas. The nearest supermarket is five minutes by car. A cafe, a bazar, a tobacco-newspaper agency and a pub within walking distance from the house. It’s perfect for who wants to spend holidays in a quiet locality, but not far from beaches, cultural centers and landscapes of this pleasant region.

ABOUT FURNITURES:
The kitchen: an electric oven, a microwave, a cook top,... a table for lunch with 4-5 places, some frying pans, pots, two moka for coffee,... always salt, sugar, pepper, a table cloth, two kitchen cloths and some table mats.
Heating: 1€ / cubic meter
A washing machine: not more than 3Kg each time
Tv: some italian channels (eventually subtitled in a foreign language) Rai and France news24. No satellite dish.
The garden-terrace: tiled garden (“cotto toscano”), 40 m2 at the ground floor, some olive trees, and bushes.
The small terrace: a table and four chairs; 9 m2 at the first floor
Car park: a parking lot next to the pathway, or if a small car the pathway at the same high to reach the house
Books: about nature, Parks, Genoa,..some flyers about surroundings
A shower room at the ground floor, an essential toilet at the first floor

FURTHER INFORMATION:
Suitable for a couple, a family of four or not more than three adults.
An high chair, an iron board, a clothes dryer, a crib for children are possible, please ask before coming. There is a portable fan.
For smokers garden and terrace, not at home, please.
About rubbish, there is separated collection house by house, I’ll show all the information from this Town Hall and the timetable at the arrival.
If it is not possible to take bed sheets and/or towels, please inform days before the arrival.
Cleanings at the end of the sojourn are included; if pets we ask an additional charge of 15 €, it’s for cleanliness and ditto, take a basket/ cover, please not them on beds. In La Spezia county there is a small tourist tax: 1,50 € for the first 5 days/per person ( if more than 11 years old),I’ll give receipts.
If heating, we ask only the consumption: 1€ / cubic meter
Water, electrical and gas certificated systems. This tourist structure is in a regional list as an AAUT, also these prices, so I don't give discounts/ extra charges e.g. for extra fornitures, cleanings,... but only if heating and pets.
About temperature here, possible values: Apr.-May 7-20°C; in Jun.-Aug. 15-28°C; Sept.-Oct.
10-25°C; here it's a little fresher than Lerici center- San Terenzo.
