Very unclean when I arrived, I stayed for 2 months, actually had to go out a purchase my own vacuum just to clean the place, the carpet in the bedroom was full of dust and pet dandruff, couldn’t figure out why my allergies were all messed up after moving in, the bed sheets and blanket was also full of hair that wasn’t mine so had to wash those before the first night…. When messaging host they responded in a timely manner but never actually did anything, overall just a really bad experience. Water leaked from ceiling in bedroom as well, host didn’t seem to care, when I messaged host with cleanliness issues they claimed they were very concerned and would escalate to there supervisor and that they would reach out to me…. Never happened. I left the place way cleaner than when I received it, if I don’t get my cleaning deposit back I will be furious! Also setting up a P.O. Box was a hassle even though I gave the host a heads up that I would be needing it, again just an all around terrible experience…. Probably my worst experience across vrbo and other rental companies, Man they sure took my money in a hurry tho
