The place was okay, clean. Says it sleeps 7 but there is only parking for one vehicle. There is more parking at the end of the street but it's not noted anywhere. Also, owners want you to do all the laundry, dishes & trash and be out by 10 am. If we had 7 people there, we would have to get up at 5 am to do all those chores. I found it to be a little unreasonable. Taking off the bed sheets and making the bed with clean linens is tolerable but the laundry takes a considerable amount of time - time taken away from your trip. Also, we were there for an event and I didn't find the iron and ironing board until the last day when I was doing laundry in the garage. I didn't see the ameneties mentioned anywhere in theire 6 page welcome letter and helpful hints. There was no bathroom hand soap - sanitizer, but not soap. There were no paper towles for the kitchen, dishwasher detergent or trash bags - at least we didn't find them. The shower head needs replaced - it's terrible. All of this was disappointing to me. *I suggest the owners put the cleaning situation at the top of the listing not buried in 6 pages of random inforomation.However, my husband and daughter ejoyed it. The place was nice and clean. The location is good - only 2 min to Sumter Landing. Fenced in yard if you have a dog.
