LEFT BANK - In a mansion in the city center with a large terrace of 21m². On the 2nd and last floor, P3 of 73m² completely renovated and air-conditioned, consisting of a bright living room/kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob), living room side (no blackout shutter and no sofa), a dining table, TV and a bunk wardrobe bed (sleeps 2 90cm, max weight 70kg) opening onto a large 20m² terrace with table, chairs, garden furniture and an electric barbecue. Two bedrooms with 160cm bed and television each with an adjoining shower room, one of which has a toilet. A separate toilet and a cellar with a washing machine. Furnished and equipped for 6 people. Vehicle not necessary, possibility of renting a garage in supplement (price according to season between 60€ and 100€ week). Possibility to rent the whole house with two P3 with an area of ??166m² for a total of 12 beds. Animals are not allowed.
In the heart of the city center and 20m from the beach. Come and discover the many fun and touristic activities and visits available to you in Grau du Roi and its surroundings.

Fantastisch gelegen, alles gut erreichbar. Gutes Platzangebot in der Wohnung, leider kein WLAN, Ausstattung ausreichend. Badezimmer sehr schön.

Insgesamt nette Wohnung - aber, kein WLAN

Nette FeWo, am Ende fehlte doch ein Aufenthaltsraum (Wohnzimmer), da wir Ende März doch noch gel. schlechtes Wetter hatten. Die Wohnung hat kein WLAN, ich dachte das ist heutzutage Standard, im Inserat stand letztendlich auch nichts zu Internet-Ausstattung der Wohnung, also hätte aufmerksameres Lesen geholfen. Tipp an den Vermieter: WiFi bereitstellen bitte. Im Hochsommer sicherlich sehr warm in der Wohnung bei großem Südfenster in Küche/Esszimmer. Keine Erfahrung mit der Kapazität der Klimaanlage gemacht, da Frühling… wir mussten teils noch etwas heizen.

Nous avons eu la fâcheuse surprise de ne pas avoir de WIFI dans l’appartement. Comme ce service est toujours offert, je n’avais pas porté attention à la liste! D’énorme coussins feraient office d’oreiller, très inconfortable.
