Wonderful!

Three of us enjoyed an amazing week at this beautiful villa. Caroline was very wonderful to deal with at check in and check out. The location provides a stunning view of Le Diamant.Two small improvements I would recommend are providing beach towels in addition to bath towels and to have a blender in the kitchen.

Un immense merci Ă  Pierre-Emmanuel, le propriĂ©taire pour ce superbe sĂ©jour en Martinique La villa Ă©tait tout simplement parfaite : piscine au top, cadre magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur le Rocher du Diamant 🤩.La maison dispose de tout ce qu’il faut, l’emplacement est idĂ©al et nous avons vraiment passĂ© un moment inoubliable.Tout Ă©tait rĂ©uni pour des vacances rĂ©ussies.Encore merci, et c’est sĂ»r

Superbe sĂ©jour passĂ© dans cette villa oĂč on a le souffle coupĂ© par sa vue panoramique sur la mer des CaraĂŻbes... La maison est trĂšs propre, trĂšs fonctionnelle... Caroline est une personne au top que se soit pour l'accueil, les conseils et sa disponibilitĂ©. Bref nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour... Un grand merci!

Maison confortable avec une superbe vue sur la baie du Diamant. Quelques amĂ©nagements sont nĂ©cessaires pour un meilleur sĂ©jour. Location gĂ©rĂ©e par Caroline, personne compĂ©tente, avenante et Ă  l’écoute des petits problĂšmes Ă  rĂ©gler.Cependant, deux points moins agrĂ©ables Ă  signaler : - Le chantier de construction d’une maison Ă  quelques mĂštres engendrant d’importants dĂ©sagrĂ©ments.- La circulation sur la route aux abords de la villa, est Ă©galement Ă  prendre en compte.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueilli avec de la souplesse sur l'horaire et les modalitĂ©s. Le logement est parfait avec une vue imprenable et une bonne localisation pratique pour faire des courses Ă  proximitĂ© (marchĂ© notamment). La piscine et les terrasses sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Il est important que les travaux Ă  proximitĂ© soient bien Ă  l'arrĂȘt pendant le sĂ©jour pour une tranquillitĂ© maximale.

Villa avec vue magnifique, mais manquant de vécu

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour Ă  la villa Queen Diamond. Vue magnifique sur le rocher du Diamant et prestations conformes aux photos. Quartier calme et proche de la ville du Diamant et avec accĂšs rapide Ă  la route principale reliant FdF au Marin. On sent cependant que la villa manque de vĂ©cu et que quelques points d’amĂ©lioration sont Ă  prĂ©voir pour rendre l’expĂ©rience encore meilleure: vaisselle de qualitĂ© mais en quantitĂ© insuffisante. Cuisine trop peu Ă©quipĂ©e mĂȘme si on ne cherche pas Ă  faire de la grande cuisine en vacances (1 casserole, 1 poĂȘle, etc...). Manque d’amĂ©nagements paysagers (peu de vĂ©gĂ©tation, pas d’autre espace oĂč profiter autre que la terrasse). Un F2 est en cours de construction sur le terrain Ă  quelques mĂštres de la villa (le chantier est arrĂȘtĂ© lorsque la villa est louĂ©e); l’intimitĂ© entre les 2 devra ĂȘtre bien gĂ©rĂ©e.
