This old small farmhouse, tastefully restored, will be the ideal place for a holiday close to nature. The house is pleasant to live in with its neat interior design, its living room opening onto a terrace (9 m²) and the large, unenclosed lawned and flowered courtyard (400 m²).

In the picturesque gorges of the Loire, on the GR3 you will admire the magnificent landscapes of a countryside that opens up in the distance onto the mountains of Mezenc du Meygal and Margeride.

Nearby: Goudet 4 km away, Arlempdes 7 km away (the Loire, medieval village, remains of the castle), Costaros 6 km away (shops, services, weekly market on Monday morning), Cascade de la Beaume and Lac du Bouchet 15 mins away, Le Monastier 30 mins away (abbey church, museum of popular beliefs, brass festival), horses and horse riding 800m from the cottage. On the ground floor, a living room with TV and wood stove, it has level access to the land. 2 steps: laundry room (washing machine), toilet.

On the 1st floor: the mezzanine kitchen overlooks the living room and opens onto the south-facing terrace (table, 4 garden chairs, parasol).

The courtyard is surrounded by walls but not closed. House adjoining the owners' second home (occupied in summer). Fishing equipment loaned by the owners.
