Magnificent apartment, very bright, located in the Les Étoiles du Sud residence on the 2nd floor without a lift. WiFi is available in this accommodation. All the comfort of this splendid new accommodation will allow you to have superb holidays with friends or family. Guaranteed love at first sight!!!!



This apartment has, on the ground floor, a large living room with a sofa bed in 140x190. It is open to a dining room and a kitchen equipped with an oven, an extractor hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso, a kettle and a dishwasher.

The living room overlooks a large south-facing terrace, and a stunning view of the Font d'Alagnon district and the mountain with its ski slopes. You can enjoy beautiful sunny days with its garden furniture summer and winter.

Present in the accommodation, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is also a bedroom with 1 double bed in 140x190 and 1 bunk bed in 90x190, a shower room with shower and a separate toilet.



Upstairs, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed in 140x190 and the other with a double bed in 140x190 and a single bed in 90x190. Additionally, there is a second bathroom with a shower and WC.
