Guest Access:
This is an entirely private property including the pool/spa area. You will have access to all areas of the home. There will be no one else on the property with you.

Other things to note:
Guests are responsible for any fees imposed by the City of Henderson for not following city ordinances. Maximum occupancy: At no time may more than 12 adults plus 3 children be present on the property. This limit applies to all persons on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
