Had a problem with a broken refrigerator. I was so exhausted from the trip. The maintenance guy was so awesome and went way out of his way to put another one in quickly.

Nice room, nice little hotel. I had a room on the 6th floor, Plaza side, and it was pretty noisy. Trains every hour and loading dock active at night with beeping trucks. Try to book room north side or bring ear plugs.

Gorgeous hotel! Awesome service and clean room! I got a gorgeous free upgrade to a suite! Huge and beautiful. Beef was really comfortable! You can great the train at times but I was comfortable

Google said they had smoking rooms but they don’t. They no longer have coin slots. staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was clean and we had a great time.

Noise from the freeway was unbearable. Big rigs, loud trucks and then trains!!!! Worst night of sleep in my lifetime. I tried to sleep with my AirPods on to block the noise but that didn’t work and was uncomfortable. I wound up checking out at 4am as it was useless to try and get any sleep. I asked to change rooms and they said nothing was available. I wanted to like the place but unfortunately if I can sleep this hotel is useless to me. I will avoid it going forward and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean and the staff was very courteous. We did not have our do not disturb sign out, so that they would clean the room and they did not, so we went to the desk and asked them to please clean and they did. I know they were busy.
