Damos la bienvenida a profesionales de negocios, familias, grupos de reuniones familiares, grupos de bodas (¡LO SENTIMOS, NO HAY GRUPOS DE FIESTA! SIN EXCEPCIÓN) a nuestra cálida casa del desierto que se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche del aeropuerto McCarran y el nuevo estadio Raiders, situado en un barrio tranquilo y pacífico. La casa está muy cerca del mejor outlet premium de Las Vegas en el Strip. Esta espaciosa casa del desierto cuenta con 3 espacios de vida separados en la casa; sala de estar con TV de 55 pulgadas, el loft con una gran área de asientos junto con TV de 65 pulgadas y el espacio de comedor y sala de juegos. Cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños con capacidad para hasta 11 personas. Junto con 4 camas queen en las habitaciones, tenemos un sofá cama extra grande en el desván y, a pedido, podemos suministrar otra cama doble plegable.

Con 1000 metros cuadrados de putting green con 5 hoyos de golf, la manera perfecta de pasar el tiempo en el patio trasero rodeado de palmeras.

Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas, no hay fiestas o eventos en esta casa.

Great property. It was specious conveniently located near the airport and had a lot of the little touches. The owner provided soap, condiments water etc. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions. Will return to this property.

Huge home just south of the airport

Wow, this home is huge. Three bedrooms and two full baths on second floor and a bedroom and full bath on first floor. Game room, dining room, kitchen, living room, and game room on first floor. Three car garage that we parked sideways in. Very quiet neighborhood really close to everything. Beds are comfy. Our host, Turk thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen with assorted condiments in cabinets and fridge. Baths have body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Just an FYI, if staying in winter time, bring slippers. The whole downstairs is nicely tiled, but cold on your feet. Terrific backyard with golf, grill, and nice furniture. Turk was amazing with communication. We will stay here again.

The property was awesome. It was clean, n Plumicely decorated and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It was convenient to both the airport and the Las Vegas Strip. Easy for business trip

Rooms are spread out, giving employees privacy at night. Blackstone grill in back was perfect for reheating leftovers without heating the house. Dual living rooms allowed for people to spread out. Air hockey was very loud and echos, but still fun. Quiet neighborhood.

While Turk was very easy to communicate with and he did his best to help us with our issues, such as ordering a highchair when the one pictured was not there. The unfortunate thing was, the house was extremely dirty. It was uncomfortable with my 4 small children.

Turk was amazing. Great communication, super helpful, and very accomodating. The location is perfect. less than 10 minutes to the strip even shorter to the airport. Quiet neighborhood. US Open Wrestling Tournament; Stay for the Week

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this house in 'Vegas. Turk's communication was incredible from checkin, during, and checkout. The house was very clean, modern, accomodating, and close to everything. There was plenty of room for 2-3 cars and came w/ remotes. But, we took Uber to/from all ove Vegas. With traffic, main strip was 7-8 minutes; Fremont: 7-8 minutes; South Point casino (where we competed): 7-8 minutes; Hoover Dam: about 33 minutes. Maybe better, yet, was that we were in a quiet and cozy neighborhood-away from the lights (so, able to relax). We were all able to sit out on the very nice and comfortable back porch, grill, put (golf), and relax. The house had plenty of bathrooms, showers, and nice washer and dryer. We couldn't have asked for more. If you want to enjoy Vegas, then, relax and unwind in comfort between your debauchery, I highly recommend this listing. We will be back next year and likely several times between. Thank you, Turk, for an exceptional stay, and your professionalism as our host! What an incredible experience and house!
