I am formally requesting a refund of a minimum of half of the total paid. The room was beyond insufficient and did not include all of of the advertised amenities. Issues were:1. Broken refrigerator2. Broken freezer3. Lack of Towel assistance4. Broken Bathtub: would not fill up 5. All advertised hotel restaurants closed for the season6. All advertised pool and cabana areas closed for the season7. All property bars closed, including the one you told us to retrieve ice from after I reported the ice maker and freezer were broken. That was a disappointing dead end as well.8. I was unable to research a new place to go to, and feel that should not have been my additional burden to do so.I have stayed at this establishment multiple times, and this instance was by far the most disappointing and waste of our money. What are the peaceable methods for a refund that you can offer me? I prefer to not involve a third party, but will if necessary.Thank you kindly, Nicole
