Muy malo el servico al cliente!

Servicio atencion al cliente muy malo, el primer link emviado para hacer el check in mo funcciono, llame 2 horas al telefono y nadie me cojio. Busque en internet otros numeros de telefono, llame a un hotel que tenia nobre parecido, y me atendiero muy bien explicando que no son el mismo hotel, pero me han enviado ellos su pagina web para ckntactarles a travez de la pagima web. Por fin alguien me contesto despues de 2:30 horas, me enviaron la informacion y hemos podido entrar en el piso 2:30horas mas tarde!!! Y a todo eso, me han recordado que tengo que salir a las 11am cuando no he podido hacer el check in hasa las 5pm!!!

Sejour pas à la hauteur de ce studio.

Sejour chaotique, service de ménage non fait le jour de la semaine ou il etait prévu, serviettes usées ,telecommande tele é panne et pour la changer attendu 2 ou 3 jours bref pas bien du tout. Dommage.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. Nachteilig ist ein Parkplatz zu finden, wenn man nicht 17€/d fürs Parkhaus bezahlen will.

Supert hotell med super beliggenhet

Vi er veldig fornøyd med alt. Fin leilighet med bra størrelse. Alt var nytt og fint. Godt utstyrt med alt man trengte. Det var stort kjøleskap med fryser, micro og stekeovn. Soverom med kjempebrhagelig seng og god plass til klær i skap.Fint bad med dusj og såpe. Det var også vaskerom med vaskemaskin/vaskepulver og strykjern og strykjern. Det beste var beliggenheten. Bare noen meter fra Canterasstranda og masse restauranter og butikker. Vi kommer garantert tilbake for lengre opphold. Selvinnsjekkingen gikk bra. Fikk kontakt med en gang.
