The private beach and overall facilities were excellent. The staff’s thoughtful service especially regarding our anniversary truly made our stay special. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We would definitely consider returning to the club floor again for our next anniversary. However, The breakfast did not quite meet expectations, as there were fewer choices and less variety than anticipated.

After 30 years of traveling and working in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say the service at this hotel was among the best I’ve ever experienced. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, setting the tone for a very well-run operation. The activities desk was efficient and organized, with everything handled smoothly and right on schedule. The spa was top-notch and professionally managed, making for a truly relaxing experience. The grounds were absolutely impeccable and clearly very well maintained. While the property itself leans a bit on the older side, the outstanding management, attention to detail, and level of service more than make up for it. Add in a very comfortable bed, and it made for an excellent stay overall. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values exceptional service and a well-managed guest experience.

Everything was amazing. I have never seen a breakfast buffet like they had. The staff was awesome. The amenities were fantastic and affordable (the ones that weren't free). They provided so many things at no extra charge, I was truly blown away. I cannot wait for our next visit. I recommend spending a little more and getting an ocean view room, it was like being in paradise waking up to that view every morning.

Really disappointed with our room. Yes nice view however there was a moldy smell coming from the aircon. They switched us to another room, but the process took forever and it’s like the staff doesn’t know who’s on first. We had to wait outside in the hallway for 30 mins for someone to help us with our luggage. I think this property has gone downhill. The food at the breakfast buffet was not good either. I’m sorry but we will not be staying here anymore. They need to check all rooms prior to letting guests stay.

Huge resort, popular with Korean guests. Comfortable, although a bit dated suite with a nice ocean view (unfortunately, it was rainy). Breakfast buffet with many good options, although very crowded. Much more quiet in the club lounge on the eighth floor.
