Maison spacieuse, très très calme, avec agréable jardin ombragé grâce a un magnifique saule. La maison est bien située, proche de l'eau, proche de la cabane a huîtres aussi pour les amateurs. Pleubian et ses commerces a 10 min. La propriétaire et sa voisine sont sympathiques, très flexibles et disponibles pour les clés.
