Enjoy exploring the historic district while taking in the sights around town and making your way through charming cafes, shops, and eateries. Family-friendly Bonnet Springs is just a short drive away, and Tampa and Orlando each offer easy day trip opportunities if you're looking to hit the theme parks.

When you're not out and about, take a load off on the screened porch or stretch out for some leisurely outdoor living in the large, fully fenced-in backyard. A deluxe Blackstone grill sets the stage for family barbecues.

While vintage charm abounds around the home's exterior, the interior is a model of modern design and comfort. Unique touches throughout the home serve to showcase and highlight the city's local businesses and landmarks, adding an added depth of local flavor. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances makes it easy to whip up all your favorite home-cooked meals. An updated sofa and smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime. Updated bedding and a smart TV in each bedroom provide an added dose of private comfort and convenience. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
