Unfriendly staff at checkin. Although I noted at booking that I have allergies, the clerk placed me on a floor with pets. Those floors have pet dander, etc., issues and are cleaned with toxic deodorizers/cleaners. It was not clearly marked on the app that this is a pet friendly facility. I’m still puzzled as to why the clerk didn’t place me away from the animal rooms. Thankfully, I was only there one night. I probably won’t book through Expedia again.

There was no conditioner in the conditioner bottle in the shower. There was also a strong, unpleasant cleaner smell that permeated the 3rd floor hallways. Staff were friendly enough but seemed a little overwhelmed (maybe short-staffed?)

The room was clean and spacious. I would totally stay there again. We had to ask for sheets and blankets for the extra bed. There were none in the closet. When I called down to the front desk, I was told I had to come and get them, there was no one to bring them up to us.

Through my booked was not available when I went on property. I called to confirm my reservation with the hotel because I would be arriving around 10:45 PM. They confirmed the reservation was there and all should be good. We arrived at the hotel, and although I booked a room that could sleep six because it was myself with five children, we were told that all they had was a king suite with a pullout couch, which obviously does not accommodate the amount of people that we had. I specifically booked, and paid for, the two queen bed room. This specific room type was more expensive than the king suite and we were told that due to an error when other people were checking in that day, our room was given away. We managed to get a roll away bed, but it was very challenging sleeping arrangements and the kids did not get the rest that I hope they would.
