Our host was great. She made the stay comfortable and communicated all the instructions well and clearly. The house is clean and organized, with lots of sitting areas to share time with friends and just hang out.

Great stay

Perfect place for a family wedding we were attending. Close to downtown Lake Wales which was really cute and not too far from Disney world which we went to for 1 day.

This was one of very nicest and well appointed homes we have ever stayed in. Michelle was very proactive and made checking in very easy. Everything and anything we could have possibly wanted or needed was provided. Beautiful cottage - perfectly located - and as comfortable and clean as you could desire. 10 out of 10!! We will absolutely try to book for future trips to the area and have already told quite a few family and friends about it. Thank you Michelle for letting us use this perfect space while in Lake Wales!

We came to Lake Wales for a family wedding and fell in love with this tranquil cottage. Two screened porches offered plenty of space for privacy or to gather together - depending on our mood. My husband enjoyed walking around the nearby lake with great views of Bok Tower.The owner was very honest about the few steps for entry and one into the kitchen, but my 80-year-old mother was able to navigate it well. The house is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and labeled clearly.Lake Wales is becoming a charming town, and this rental is right in the heart of it. Perfect for families, couples or a girlfriend's getaway. We can't wait to go back!

Great house!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location close to the lake and downtown. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and nicely decorated. Lots of nice touches…..the owner has thought of everything! Will definitely stay again when we are in town.

A tourist in our home state.

We were born and raised in South Florida and signed up for a retreat in Lake Wales. We needed an offsite place to stay and this home fit all of our needs. The warm touches throughout the place and comfortable sitting areas were so welcoming and appreciated.

We visited Lake Wales where our son lives to attend our Grandsons graduation from SEU in Lakeland. We enjoyed the Tranquility Cottage very much. It was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay. The location was great and it was very close to where our son lives.

Amazing Stay at Lake Wales!

We were in town visiting family as well as attending a wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was the perfect size for our group (3 adults and 2 kids), and came with so many personalized touches. We were truly impressed! During our stay something random came up that we needed the property managers assistance with and she was so responsive and made sure we were completely taken care of. If we are ever in Lake Wales again, we will definitely be back as this listing was just perfect!

Lake Wales Gem

We were visiting Lake Wales for an event. This was the perfect location; walkable to downtown restaurants as well as lake. The house was clean and as depicted in pictures. The communication with property manager was excellent.

The attention to detail and communication from the owner stands out to me.The kitchen had all the tools we needed, the house was spotless. Family of four stayed very comfortably here. Lovely and comfortable home!

This home was the perfect place to enjoy while visiting family in Lake Wales. The home was clean, beaufifully and simply decorated, and had all the amenities we needed and more. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and listening to birds chirping. It is just a short walk to a beautiful wallking path and park on Lake Wales. Our host was very responsive to our questions and took care of a minor problem with the air conditioner promptly and graciously. We will definitely return to this home for future stays in the area.

True Tranquility!

Tranquility Cottage was one of the most lovely VRBOs I have ever rented! From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, staying here was an absolute pleasure. The property was immaculate, quiet, and very comfortable. The master suite in the front of the property, with its ensuite bathroom, was the envy of our group. We had to play Rock, Paper, Scissors to determine who would get that room. The screened-in side porch was great for coffee in the morning as well as a few yoga sessions. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and around the small lake at the end of the street. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, too. We will absolutely book this property again in the future.
