The rooms were super small and they charged extra fees without notice when we left so I called and they said I would get my money back in 3-4 business days… it’s now been a bit over 3 weeks and still no money has come back to me. Super great location and fun place for maybe a one night stay, but very disappointed they charged extra without warning.

Hi Expedia, After arriving to the hotel, I noticed the pictures didn’t match what it looked like in person. The hotel looked really nice in pictures but in person was terrible. The floors and walls were not well done. Felt cold and I didn’t like how the bathrooms and tables were exposed wood. Felt very cheap and poorly made. The hotel was different and I feel scammed because they promised high end hotel at the coachmen when it really wasn’t. The interior was very basic and made with not much love. The television didn’t work and I wasn’t able to watch anything. I can see the window shades were molding and the sheets were way too hot. He hot tub was not hot at all just warm, the price for this hotel is not worth what I paid. Please if you do just beware of what they are promising.

The hotel location was great! It was a short walk of drive to the Lakeside private beach. You can get a free voucher from the hotel each day to access the beach. It was close to Heavenly Village shopping center, the golf course, dining options, and casinos. The staff were very polite and friendly. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and jacuzzi after long days. The s’more’s were nice too.

My mom, dog, and I stayed at the Coachman Hotel over Mother’s Day weekend and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness—special thanks to Kayla at the front desk, who was so helpful and welcoming. Check-in takes place at the bar, which is a unique and fun touch. Since we brought our dog, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a little welcome bag just for her! The property is split across both sides of the road and is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with no carpet (a big plus!), a cute little balcony, and convenient in-room amenities like a water kettle and drip coffee. It was also very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We loved the little extras that made our stay feel special. Each evening, the hotel hosts complimentary s’mores by the fire pit near the check-in area—such a cozy and nostalgic experience (you might even spot a raccoon visitor!). In the morning, they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. For breakfast, we had the pancakes and yogurt parfait—both were delicious and reasonably priced. There’s also plenty of outdoor seating on the balcony, which is perfect for enjoying your meal. We also appreciated the fun selection of board games available at the front desk that guests can take to their rooms. Lastly, check-out was just as pleasant—Chelsea was so kind and made the process quick and easy.

Good stay overall. Room was stuffy if the air wasn’t constantly running. Bed was WAY too soft, but the property was great and the staff was friendly. Saw a bear while taking my dog out one morning. Watch out for the raccoons around the fire pit, they have no fear and WILL steal your s’mores.

This location provides satisfactory overnight accommodations. While the room was clean, the beds offered less-than-optimal comfort. The outdoor fireplace provides a welcoming space for family and social gatherings. The staff demonstrated a friendly and helpful demeanor.

We highly enjoyed our stay. We had an emergency that prevented us from checking in within normal check in hours, and I phoned ahead with our concerns. We were assured that they will be there 24 hours to ensure our check in once we arrived….. and they did! We booked the whirlpool room and was pleasantly surprised to see how BIG the whirlpool actually was! The hotel grounds were well kept and very quiet, which made it very easy for me to catch up on some zzzzzz’s. (In the daytime!) Will most definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.
