This home is fabulous. Three large bedrooms, each with its own bath, plus a large bunk room with its own bath - plus a pool room and a ping pong room. Short walk into town.This has to be one of the best places in Lake Placid for a large family.

Late Fall Adult Getaway

Spacious, well-designed home with inviting indoor and outdoor living areas. The kitchen is well-stocked, highly organized, and spotlessly clean, with appliances, cookware, and dishes all in excellent condition. The games room added a lot of fun to our stay, featuring foosball, ping pong, billiards, and darts. For those needing to work remotely, the desk setup was highly functional. Conveniently located near town and local activities, this home provided the perfect base for our family trip. The owner was exceptionally responsive both before and during our stay, quickly addressing any questions we had. We highly recommend this home for a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay, Lake Placid feels like it’s out of the movies and this house feels the same way. Everything was clean, organized, and communication was above and beyond. You can tell every detail has been thought off. I would definitely come back here and stay in this exact house again.

Wonderful Property!

Greystone was perfect for our family vacation on Mirror Lake. The house was spacious, clean, and it was great to have extra amenities such as sheets, towels, etc. Location was also perfect. Communication was great and the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Greystone lodge

The place is beautiful and has the perfect location. We walked into town everyday. The mirror lake loop is great for exercise. The family enjoyed playing pool and the screened in porch was our favorite spot.

Fabulous property

A wonderful time spent here over spring break with family and friends. Meticulously looked after property with incredibly thoughtful touches throughout and a very helpful and communicative owner. Beautiful Home

This is a great property, very spacious, well equipped kitchen. Great view of the Lake. Location is within walking distance to Town. Definitely not baby proof. We were enough people to supervise the little ones, so that wasn't a problem for us. The Host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back some day.

Fantastic Family Trip

Fantastic property for our family trip. Seamless experience from top to bottom, extremely satisfied with our choice. Greystone is a stunning Adirondack home, inside and out. We loved the style and architecture, made our trip more special. Great value for our family, extensive amenities and games, a very well stocked and outfitted kitchen and comfortable places to hang out together. Set the bar for future VRBos. Responsive, helpful, and flexible host. Thank you for a memorable family trip. Highly recommend staying here. Kids and adults loved Greystone and were sorry to leave.

Mirror Lake stay exceeded expectations!

Our stay at the Greystone lodge was incredible. The weather over the weekend was not great, but thankfully the place is so beautiful that just staying there is a perfect vacation. The photos do not do this place justice and it was everything we wanted and more! The location is also perfect and a quick walk from anything you need. Beautiful views of Mirror Lake. Would definitely come back!

Exceptional Stay!

We were blown away by how well this home suited our needs. As a group of unrelated couples there was apprehension about selecting a home rental for our annual friends reunion. While the description is accurate, it wasn’t readily obvious how private each bedroom is. Fantastic bedroom suites offered privacy, space, comfort and no bathroom sharing. Everyone relaxed and slept well. Early risers and night owls all co-existed in harmony. The many sitting areas were wonderful for our group and we appreciated that all of us were able to gather in the kitchen, living room, dining table. We all remarked on the beautiful view and location. Amenities, cleanliness, check in and out all contributed to a great experience. While we didn’t have children with us for this trip, it seems like a great home for kids too and in fact one of the couples rented for a family trip in January that includes children. That says it all! Thank you for a great trip.

Celebrating parents’ 50th wedding anniversary

It has been such an absolute pleasure since the very start of my communication about the beautiful Greystone lodge. We wanted a special home to gather and celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and this home was just perfect for us (3 couples, 3 kiddos and one spoiled dog). Dates for our stay were accommodating and every question was answered in such very nice, professional manner. The home is just stunning- it has a beautiful interior in addition to being a great location, within walking distance of the village. We truly enjoyed our visit and thank you for sharing your home with us!! You are fantastic hosts.

Best House, Best Location! ❤️ Adirondacks

This is an amazing property. There is not one thing I can think of as a recommendation/suggestion. The furniture (both indoor and outdoor) is top-quality and comfortable. All of the bedding is exactly what you would expect in your own home, quality and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you think you will need. The game rooms and covered/screened in porches helped to pass the time on a rainy afternoon. On nice days, the views are amazing and the walk around mirror lake is charming. We walked most of the time, as everything is so accessible. Great roads, trails to walk your dog if you bring one. The owners were responsive to questions and accommodating. We hope to return in the winter for skiing! Thank You!

Great place to stay - highly recommend!

Our family truly enjoyed this home! It was very clean, easy check in process, great communication with owner and great proximity to everything in Lake Placid. We are tough critics, and we absolutely loved staying in this home. If we’re ever back in LP, we will definitely stay at this house again!
