Decor updates are much needed. Sliding door to the back deck would not lock and did not feel secure. Unit was tidy but needs a deep cleaning as we noticed cob webs all up in the ceilings Did not know about the bears

Check in experience needs revamping. Having to go to 3 different locations to check in is unacceptable. A resort fee should include the amenities. The room smelled musty and doors needed work. A full packet of papers just to check in is also unacceptable.

This was a wonderful property! It was a 2 bed/2 bath with a full kitchen. The views were spectacular and it was so relaxing to set out on the porch in the mornings on either level. Incredible light and windows. It was very clean and well worth the money! Thank you for a great time!

Always be alert!!!

We were really comfortable at Fox Run. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities. We did get to see a black bear. We were unloading the car. When we went back out the bear had gotten into my car and pulled my cooler out.He ate a box of tacco shells and drank a gallon of milk. Then he went on his way. It was a little frightening, but it all turned out well. Next time the cooler and dry food will be the first thing we take in.

Place was dirty, tried to message the property owner/booker yesterday because our flights were so delayed and we wanted to cancel and get a return and stay at a closer hotel. Never heard back so ended up driving to this property and didn’t arrive till 430 am, and then had someone knocking on the door at 1020 am saying it was time to check out. Place was dirty, bedsheets. And very musty smelling.

Will keep going

Great value for money. Single dad of a 6 year old. All he wants to do is swim. The pools are great, and restaurants etc are very convenient. The condos are dated, but clean. We've been going for about 4 years and we love it.
