This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries.

Roaches everywhere! The room was booked for two nights front desk refused to refund us for second night. Roaches dropped on the bed from the ceiling it was like a nightmare for my son who was staying in the room! I have pics and video of the roaches everywhere and my stay has still not been refunded

Cockroaches in the room! Lobby and entrance could use a deep clean. Carpet in front of our room looked wet and moldy. During the three nights we stayed, we never got fresh towels, the bed was not made, and the trash wasn’t taken out except one time. The microwave was balanced on top of the mini fridge and it would not stay plugged in.

What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The lobby was stunning, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Our room was spacious, modern, and sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable that I actually slept better than I do at home!
