Kimberly went well above and beyond from the moment we walked in. She is such a gem of a soul! We were allowed to check in a little early and were given a room with a stunning view. Very clean and spacious. Couldn't hear a thing going on outside which was great. Very close by everything. The complimentary breakfast had so many quality & healthy options.

My room had a trash can full of trash left by the previous guest. Housekeeping is only provided if requested. I wasn’t told and they couldn’t get my room cleaned. Other than that. Great hotel, perfect location.

Very cose to parks and walkable areas. However, the cleaning staff never made our bed or took out the trash for the whole visit...(4 nights, 3 days) We got fresh towels from a cleaning person when we'd see them in the hall but no one ever came to our room. Average stay, at best.
