Lucky find

My family and I are grateful for Perfect stays and the property manager for being so accommodating. Our 3 families enjoyed the unit and appreciated being able to stay together as we travelled together. It was a happy and solemn occasion as we gathered for our father's funeral service. As someone who doesn't venture much on the west side of Maui I am even more forever grateful for the time spent there especially now. Keep up the great work.

Our first trip to Hawaii.

We were here for 9 nights. The property was beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious. The views are breathtaking! However, the cleanliness was not impressive. The floors were very sticky, the downstairs shower had a huge clump of long black hair on top of the drain, and most of the dishes looked like they had been rinsed but not washed. Dried eggs in the skillet, But other than that, it was a wonderful home.

Perfect place for 6 adults. Plenty of room for all with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the large lanai. One issue with cleanliness of kitchen floor - not swept or mopped. Sticky and very dirty.

Kapalua at its finest

We had the most amazing stay at the Kapalua Golf Villa. The condo was amazing with views to die for. You truly feel like you are in paradise the moment you enter. The communcation with everyone at My Perfect Stays was great and they were extremely attentive. We will be back!!

Needs Maintenance

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and the number of maintenance problems we had. Issues with Fans, TV, water on the kitchen floor, bugs, BBQ was disgusting, 3rd bedroom was like daytime from the outside lights (difficult to sleep), screen doors kept coming off and a few other issues.

Great 3BR condo near the beach!

Nice three bedroom condo on the golf course. Great views and you can walk to the beach! The sound in the house does travel through the doors and walls, so with three teenagers and two adults in the house it was a little bit loud at times. :)

Escape to Maui for 3 weeks

This property is not well equipped. There is no coffee grinder, not enough laundry detergent, broken patio furniture, poor quantity and speed of warm water, dishwasher not effective, carpet stains in kitchen area are gross, lacking key kitchen supplies including spatula for burgers and kitchen scissors, inadequate shower products, run down living room furniture. I would not recommend this property.

Kapalua Golf Villas

I've stayed in multiple units in the Kapalua Golf Villas over the years and this one was by far the best. The three bedrooms fit 4 adults and a child and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware needed. Check in and Check out was a breeze. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great Family Spot

We loved our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. We loved the big kitchen and that there were three full bathrooms! We also spent a lot of time at the pool right across the parking lot. Plenty of accessible beaches nearby and restaurants to choose from. The Honolua store was also one of our favorite daily stops. Everything was great!

Great kapalua location

Condo is nicely appointed and, with 3 bedrooms, is a great find on the Kapalua property. Communication was timely and effective. The condo itself is updated and in good working order. The bedroom furniture is very simple, minimal and older even, but the mattresses were all very comfortable. The views of kapalua and the course are beautiful. The largest pool with a bathroom is directly across the street. For a 5 star rating I would recommend upgraded patio furniture, some family friendly perks (beach umbrella, sand toys), quality bed linens and better pans/kitchen amenities (full set of silverware, etc). Overall, we would definitely stay again. If traveling with children Maui on the Fly had rentals delivered and setup before we arrived, a huge plus!

Had the most amazing vacation with our two grown children! This 3 bedroom condo is clean and well appointed. Beautiful view of golf course and bay from the large deck. Within walking distance of Kapalua bay beach and not far from Onelea beach as well. Totally recommend this lovely vacation home. Kudos to My Perfect Stays!!!

This is a great apartment in a great location, if you love golf, and the beach. It is well stocked and has all the amenities of home. My perfect stays meet us on arrival and showed us through. The upstairs bed rooms are big and have great views over the golf course and down to the ocean. Its about a 15 minute walk to the beaches, however is a easy stroll and the scenery along the way is beautiful. The balcony is large and was a great place to eat breakfast and just relax The resort pools were clean and a great place to relax All in all a good clean well stocked apartment. Thanks David and Kim

Outstanding service and great location!

We had the pleasure of a 10 day stay over Thanksgiving. We've stayed in Kapalua 10+ times and this was by far the best unit yet! The pre-arrival messages and having a person meet us to open up the unit was totally unexpected. I was contacted multiple times during our stay to insure everything was going great. We had a box shipped to be delivered and they brought it over to our unit. We had 4 adults and 2 grandkids in our unit, a sister in the next building and more children in another unit up the hill. We used the tremendous amount of space as our home base for all. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook. Having the pool directly across from our unit was huge. We used the grills multiple times. 6 Beach chairs and your choice of 3 different coolers were in the outside closet that we used every day. You can call the Kapalua shuttle to take you to/from areas on the property but we did everything by rental car. Unit overlooks the landing area of the old #10 on the Bay Course so you get to watch plenty of golf from the spacious deck. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable Condo for Golfers

The “Golf Villa” condo was renovated in 2016, so the look and feel of the place gave a welcoming impression to our family of first-time Maui visitors (July 2018). It was a great place to return to every day after our visits to the beach (nearby Kapalua Bay and DT Fleming) and days of sightseeing (Lahaina, Haleakala, Road to Hana and Paia). The location is by the golf course and short walking distance to Kapalua Bay and Kapalua Coastal Trail. For those who want to just walk out their door to be on the beach, this is not the condo to select. This condo is on the “second” floor so there is a flight of stairs to walk up to the entrance. The lanai overlooked a spectacular view of Kapalua Golf course and Norfolk Pines. The 3 BR and 3 Bath condo was spacious enough for our family of 5. We appreciated the convenience of doing many of our breakfasts and lunches in, so we may either splurge for happy hours, dinners at Merriman's nearby or a restaurant in Lahaina. The washer and dryer were often used for washing beach towels and bath towels as well as our clothes, so another convenience we would not have had if we stayed at a hotel. The king size bed in the master BR was too soft for our liking. The children were fine in the other 2 rooms. We did miss daily maid service for making our beds. The water temperature was an issue in the condo. It took some time to heat up for showers. We initially tried ataggering our water usage among the kitchen, laundry and showers, but it was still an issue in the 2nd bathroom upstairs. It never heated up and was quite cold (the bathroom itself felt like the coldest room in the condo), so we reported the issue to management. MyPerfectStays rectified the issue that same day. I was pleased with how responsive My Perfect Stays management was during my trip planning and stay in Kapalua. They arranged for my Amazon delivery of sunblocks, kitchen and bath supplies to be placed at the condo on the day of our arrival. It saved us from packing it or taking a shopping trip first thing after landing in Maui. We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, large beach towels and cooler for our use. The chairs looked quite new. I would highly recommend the place to friends or stay again in this unit for our next visit to Kapalua.
