This condo was AMAZING. Remarkable location and right on the water, so i could view turtles and whales every day! The view was incredible and the outside spaces were beyond gorgeous. Furniture and bedding were comfortable, and towels and beach towels were plentiful. Everything was thought of for us. Hand soap at every sink, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry supplies, paper products, and clean and plentiful silver and glassware. All appliances worked well. Janna was so great and was so good with responding to every inquiry I had. Loved staying here so much! We experienced some incredible weather with the Kona low that came through and the condo had some water intrusion. Called on the maintenance angels, Jerry, and property manager, Kim, and they were swift to come up and help us remediate. They spent a LOT of time while this was going on, and were SO helpful and alleviated my concerns that damage might have happened. They had SO much to deal with so we appreciated the time they spent helping us!This was an unprecedented storm that lasted almost 3 days! We were comfortable, safe, and power stayed on, incredibly! Janna was in constant communication, and was wonderful. I appreciated all folks involved and would rent this condo again for sure! THANK YOU to everyone involved!
