Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. The house was great, clean and well stocked kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels for the house and the pool.
The only thing I noticed was that the backyard wasn't kept up as much as it probably should have. lots of spiders hanging down off of the patio cover. It would have also been nice to have the propane tank full for the fire pit. Just needs more tender loving care.

House was extremely clean! Pool was great for the kids. Everything was easy to use and house was filled with everything you need. Very near to the highway and shopping. Definitely recommend this rental.
