THE PROPERTY

The Bright House is a charming two-story home with separate upstairs and downstairs units. We offer the entire downstairs unit for vacation rental, including the living area, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large garden.

The home is comfortably furnished with a light, clean and welcoming style.

Bedrooms & Sleeping

The primary bedroom features a queen-size memory foam bed, closet and garden views.

The second bedroom has a queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam topper and is separated from the living room by a French door.

The living room sofa also converts to a queen-size bed, providing additional sleeping space.

Kitchen

The modern full kitchen has a slight ocean view and is equipped with a convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, cookware, cooking utensils and other kitchen essentials.

Fresh linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

Garden & Outdoor Amenities

One of the special features of The Bright House is the large enclosed garden. Mature trees, flowers and fruit trees create a peaceful, private-feeling setting where you can relax away from the activity of downtown.

The garden includes a gazebo, outdoor dining and lounging areas, patio heater, barbecue, meat and fish smoker, water cooler, outdoor shower and sauna.

The spacious grassy area provides room to relax, enjoy the outdoors or let the kids play.

The outdoor shower is especially convenient after a day at the beach, while the sauna offers a relaxing wellness experience without leaving the property.

PRIME LAGUNA BEACH LOCATION

The Bright House is located in Laguna Village, close to the beach and downtown.

You can easily walk to nearby beaches, Main Beach, the beach promenade, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, art galleries, grocery stores, the movie theater, post office and farmers market.

The property provides an excellent combination of **beach access, walkability, privacy, garden space and wellness amenities**.

Leave the car parked and enjoy much of Laguna Beach on foot.

PARKING

Two dedicated parking spaces are available at the Glenneyre garden entrance, located on the right side of the parking area.

Each space accommodates two vehicles parked in tandem, one behind the other, allowing parking for up to four vehicles when parked properly.

If you occasionally need parking for additional vehicles, please check with the host in advance. Additional parking may occasionally be available upon request and must be approved by the host in advance.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire downstairs vacation rental, including the two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, private garden, gazebo, sauna, outdoor shower and other outdoor amenities.

The home has two convenient access points. One entrance is from Ramona Avenue and provides a convenient route toward the beach and Glenneyre Street. Another entrance is available from the parking area through the garden.

The on-site host is located upstairs in a separate unit and has a separate entrance accessed via a pathway adjacent to the garden. The garden, gazebo, sauna and outdoor amenities are reserved for guest use.

John Wayne Airport (SNA) is conveniently located in Orange County and is approximately a 15–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

One of the advantages of Laguna Beach is its mild coastal climate throughout the year.

The Pacific Ocean helps moderate temperatures, and Laguna's coastal setting and surrounding hills create a generally comfortable environment compared with many inland areas of Orange County. Summers are typically more moderate than inland locations, while winters remain mild.

This makes Laguna Beach an enjoyable destination in every season.

PETS

Guest pets are welcome.

We ask that pets be house-trained, supervised and walked outside for relief. Please clean up after your pet.

Guests are responsible for any damage, extra cleaning or lawn restoration caused by their pets.

Pets that are not friendly must be leashed while outside, and excessive barking is not permitted out of respect for neighbors in the surrounding homes.

ACCESSIBILITY

The entrance to the downstairs unit includes one small step. Otherwise, the unit and outdoor areas are generally flat.

NEIGHBORHOOD & NOISE

Our neighborhood is generally very quiet.

Occasionally, during peak weekend hours, some light traffic noise may be heard from vehicles using local streets as an alternative to Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).

The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, neighbors and the surrounding community.

The upstairs portion of the home is occupied separately by the on-site host. Guests have their own downstairs living space and garden areas as described above.

Private outdoor dry sauna: $50 optional use fee. Vrbo currently displays this fee as “Hot Tub” because a sauna-specific fee option is not available.
