Welcome to our Stadl in the heart of the Ötztal in Tyrol.
This former farmhouse, located in a privileged environment, has been completely renovated and combines the charm of yesteryear with the comforts of today.
It can accommodate up to 8 people in the Großer Stadl and up to 4 persons in the Kleiner Stadl.
Two units that are completely independent of each other, each with its own separate entrance.
You can rent them individually or together,
- The Big Stadl - up to 8 people with about 150 m²
With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and 1 Tyrolean kitchen, 1 Tyrolean Wohnstub,
- The Small Stadl - up to 4 people with about 60 m²
With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 Tyrolean dining stub, 1 kitchen, 1 living room

Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft nur bedingt weiterempfehlen, für Erwachsene und Jugendliche sicher ok, für Familien mit älteren Menschen und kleinen Kindern eher ungeeignet.
Positiv:
- die Lage ist ruhig und zentral für Ausflüge
- die Einrichtung ist gelungen, alt und modern gut kombiniert
- Platz für größere Gruppen bis zu 9, je nach Raumaufteilung
Negativ:
- Check-in: alle Personen müssen online mit Perso angemeldet werden, eine Kaution muss überwiesen werden ohne das Objekt vorher gesehen zu haben, sonst wird mit keinem Einlass gedroht
- Einrichtung: steile Treppen, eine sogar ohne Handlauf, völlig ungeeignet für ältere Menschen oder kleine Kinder; mehrere Tür- und Fenstergriffe sind abgefallen; Matratzen z.T. durchgelegen; das obere Stockbett hat maximal 40 cm zur Decke, fällt als Schlafplatz aus; nur kleine Kochtöpfe, für größere Gruppen sehr unpraktisch; aus der Dusche kommt kaum Wasser; im Wohnzimmer nur Sitzplätze für 5 Personen, das Sofa aus dem Schlafzimmer, das wir dazugestellt haben, wurde nachträglich mit 10 € berechnet weil wir es nicht zurückgestellt haben
- Check-out: auf Mülltrennung achten und am besten Fotos machen, da sonst 25 € nachberechnet werden. Uns wurde auch unterstellt, dass wir nicht ordentlich getrennt hätten. Die Mülltonnen sind überfüllt und für alle Einheiten oder Spaziergänger frei zugänglich.
Über den Gastgeber können wir nichts sagen, da er nicht vor Ort war. Die Kommunikation per Mail mit ihm war in Ordnung

Schöne rustikale Wohnung
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten und Matrazen sind auch sehr gut. Für Senioren und kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht so geeignet, da ein Treppengeländer zur 1. Etage gänzlich fehlt. Der kleine Stadl liegt zwar im Ort, aber es ist schön ruhig und man hat einen wundschönen Blick auf die Berge. Wir würden auch wieder dort Urlaub machen.
