Lovely house, conveniently situated.

A big thanks to the property manager Viktoria who was most obliging and helpful, especially when I arrived unexpectedly early at the start of my holiday. The house was spotless and very comfortable and peaceful. Two supermarkets within easy walking distance, and the free ski bus to Solden and Obergurgl just 100 yards away. The only disappointing aspect was the relative shortage of basic provisions, especially with regard to toilet paper (only enough for 1 person for 4 days supplied), liquid soap (very important at the moment!), washing-up liquid and certain kitchen utensils such as a decent-sized roasting dish and (importantly) a corkscrew. Put those things right and you have a real winner!

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Der Anbieter Interhome hat uns die lange gebuchte und voll bezahlte Unterkunft 2 Tage (!) vor Anreise ohne Angabe von GrĂŒnden storniert. Als Alternative wurden zum gleichen Preis zwei völlig unangemessene, unvergleichbare und minderwertige UnterkĂŒnfte angeboten. Zum Beispiel ein 35qm Appartement mit 1 Schlafzimmer fĂŒr 4 Personen, gebucht war ein 100qm Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern! Wir sind sehr verĂ€rgert ĂŒber dieses Vorgehen und können nur Abraten UnterkĂŒnfte von Interhome zu buchen!

Das Haus war etwas versteckt, aber mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Die Kontakte mit HaushĂ€lterin und Besitzerin waren sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Das Haus wurde sehr sauber ĂŒbergeben. Eine Fußbodenheizung hĂ€tte dem schönen kleinen HĂ€uschen gut getan, da es Ende August durchaus sehr kĂŒhl war. Preis/ Leistung stimmten.

Schönes Ferienhaus in den Bergen

Wir waren das erste Mal im Ötztal und wurden nicht enttĂ€uscht. Von der sehr netten Vermieterin empfangen, bezogen wir das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus. Alles war wie beschrieben, außer dass durch einen Neubau direkt davor das Haus sehr eingeengt steht. Die Zufahrt wurde etwas erschwert, wird aber wohl neu angelegt. Das und die teils losen Terrassenhölzer wĂ€ren die einzigen Kritikpunkte. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit seinem kleinen Garten und der Sitzecke sehr schön und gepflegt und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Ötztal und speziell der Ort LĂ€ngenfeld haben uns super gefallen. Im Ort gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein kleines Freibad sowie die Therme. Wir kommen auf alle FĂ€lle mal wieder.

Wir kommen wieder - versprochen!

Wir haben uns im Haus Margret wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht und super in Schuss und gemĂŒtlich. Die Lage ist fĂŒr einen aktiven Familienurlaub ideal. Man ist ruckzuck auf Wander- und Fahrradwegen. Und das Beste: Kommt man nach der Wanderung zurĂŒck, kann man direkt ins nahegelegne Freibad gehen (5 Min zu Fuß). Sonst alles fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichbar: BĂ€cker, Supermarkt, Restaurants... Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief klasse. Sie war immer super erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

A cosy home surrounded by mountains

This beautiful house was ideal for our skiing holiday of 4 people. It had everything you need for a week long stay and was in a great location, with amazing skiing areas only a 15 minute drive or easy access with the free ski bus too, which has the stop just behind the house. Also an amazing thermal spa just a 10/15 minute walk away. With skiing holidays you can spend a lot of time in the house and this was the perfect place for that. Definitely recommend this home for winter or summer holidays.

Super Urlaub, Haus und Gegend nur zu empfehlen! ***** Sterne

Super nette Vermieterin, Haus liegt in optimaler Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleiner eingezĂ€unter Garten mit Terrasse und Markise. HĂŒbscher, nicht zu großer Ort, aber alle wichtigen GeschĂ€fte in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Und egal was man im Urlaub unternehmen möchte: Mountainbike fahren, Wandern, Schwimmen im Freibad oder Badesee, spazieren gehen, die Berge ringsum genießen. Alles ist möglich. In Sölden, 14 km entfernt, sind Gondelfahrten fĂŒr andere oder grĂ¶ĂŸere, geplanten AktivitĂ€ten vorhanden. FĂŒr Kinder gibt es auch genug Abwechslung innerhalb von einer halben Stunde im Umkreis. Frische Vollmilch direkt vom Bauern gegenĂŒber. Nur zu empfehlen und fĂŒr uns auf jeden Fall nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder fester Bestandteil unserer Urlaubsplanung.
