- 1 living room opening onto the terrace (south-facing) and including:
-> an equipped kitchenette area (fridge, electric hob, oven, microwave) and a living room (sofa, flat-screen TV, and radio),
-> large storage area with a washing machine,
- 1 bedroom (accessed via stairs in the living room) with 3 beds: 1 double bed and 1 extra single bed (80 cm).
Upstairs (steep staircase) is a mezzanine (height less than 1.80 m).
Outside: Terrace on a small, enclosed and landscaped plot with garden furniture, barbecue, and electric grill.
End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70. Linens are not provided.

Electricity consumption is additional during the low season (from January 1 to June 15 and from September 15 to December 31). Holiday vouchers accepted.
