I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and an equally short walk from just about everything you’d need! Restaurants, bars, grocery, it’s all a few blocks away! The rooms were super clean & the building seemed very secure (you have to go through 3 locked doors before you can even get to your room). The staff was super helpful (I’m SO SORRY I forgot her name) and very responsive. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family & friends!

Anda was very gracious and helpful. The room was clean and good large. The hotel was centrally located in La Spezia and was a few blocks from the train station which allowed easy acces to the Cinque Terre towns.

A proximité de la gare centrale, donc commode pour visiter les 5 Terre, ou se promener à pied dans La Spezia. Malheureusement l'accès en voiture aux hôtels de ce quartier est très malaisé.

O quarto tem boas instalações e estava sempre bem limpo. Poderiam destacar um pouco mais como funciona a recepção e a utilização do estacionamento pois não havia onde parar o carro perto para fazer o 1o contato com o hotel. A ducha no banheiro poderia ter uma abertura normal, sem o temporizador.

Andra is an awesome host and the room was great

Andra is an amazing host and she helped us with everything we needed - and also gave us a lot of coffee, which we loved. She is definitely the star of the hotel. The room is perfect and I have absolutely no complaints at all. I will return to this hotel anytime I go to La Spezia

Excelente localização e bom custo beneficio

O hotel tem uma excelente localização: bem próximo da estação de trem. Boa base para passear por Cinque Terre e outras cidades, como Portovenere. Aliás, Portovenere foi uma dica da Andra, e adoramos. O quarto é pequeno, mas agradável. Há guarda roupas com bom espaço, geladeira e um bom ar condicionado. O banheiro tb é bom. Não há café da manhã, mas por dois euros se tem direito a um pão e a uma bebida quente em uma lanchonete próxima. A recepcionista, Andra, muito querida e eficiente. Se tivesse que reclamar de algo seria o fato de que no domingo o quarto não foi arrumado, mas isso não foi nada demais.
