Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la Maison Rouge, avec notre fille et sa grand-mère. L’emplacement est idéal, la maison est agréable, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente bien. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables, très sympathiques et conviviaux. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Wonderful well established house, nice owner, calm location. Perhaps a bakery to reach on a walk is missed, but with Car all needs easily to fulfill.Very beautiful original Region, definitely not our last stay at Bretagne.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einem der schönsten Teile der Bretagne

Es war fast ideal, hier eine Woche Urlaub zu verbringen:Direkt in der Nähe beginnt der Küstenwanderweg. Dinard und St. Malo sind zu Fuss oder Fähre schnell zu erreichen.Leider leidet das Internet an manchen Tagen an Überlastung und deutsche Fernsehkanäle waren trotzSat.Schüssel nicht zu erreichen. Aber trotzdem sehrempfehlenswert!

Parfait!

Très jolie maison, confortable et très bien équipée. L'emplacement au calme est parfait pour pouvoir se reposer, à l'intérieur ou au jardin ,et, en même temps, tout proche de Dinard et Saint Malo. La région est magnifique. Marie-Anne nous a réservé un très gentil accueil, avec, en prime, de charmantes attentions. Nous en sommes très touchés. Une belle et bonne adresse à découvrir!

Ein Ort der Ruhe inmitten einer tollen Ferienregion

La Richardais ist ein ruhiges Wohngebiet, Dinard ein schönes Seebad mit Flair und netten Stränden. Der Bus fährt tagsüber annehmbar häufig. Der Strand in Laufweite hat die Aussicht auf die Staumauer des Kraftwerks, muss man mögen. ACHTUNG: Es gibt keinen Whirlpool (stand bei uns in der Buchung drin)

Une belle semaine à Dinard

Maison impeccable, très bien équipée et parfaitement située (beaucoup de choses à voir dans un rayon de 30 km !). Hôtes accueillants et très sympathiques ! Nous recommandons ! Petite suggestion : il serait plus simple et agréable d'intégrer une consommation moyenne d'eau et d'électricité dans le prix de la location...

Besser geht's nicht!

Super tolle Unterkunft mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung! Gastgeber informiert die Mieter sehr ausführlich. Sehr professionell organisiert. Hier merkt man sofort, dass alles unternommen wird, dass alle Informationen greifbar sind. Hier möchte man eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg.

Bonnes Vacances de Toussaint à la maison rouge

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison pour les vacances de Toussaint. 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 ans et 18 mois. Le logement est assez spacieux (la pièce de vie notamment), très propre, et tout était conforme à l’annonce, rien ne manquait, il n’y a rien à redire, c’était très bien ! Une petite attention à l’arrivée, c’était très gentil ! L’ensemble est assez récent et en très bon état. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les alentours (l’aquarium, St Malo, Dinard, St Lunaire, St Jacut….), et à 5 min de la plage proche du barrage. Le jardin clôturé permet de laisser les enfants jouer en sécurité, et bien exposé. Sur place il y a quelques jeux intérieurs ou extérieurs. Les propriétaires nous avaient aussi mis à disposition le lit bébé et la chaise haute - parfait. Il y a même une barrière à l’étage. Le seul bémol peut-être, est le supplément eau / électricité. C’est bien indiqué sur l’annonce, mais quand on doit chauffer toute une maison en cette période et qu’au quotidien on vit en appartement, on n’a pas l’habitude et la note peut surprendre. A ne pas négliger donc. Faire tourner le poêle à granulés serait sûrement plus économique pour tout le monde… Mais sinon excellente location, à recommander!

Logement calme aux portes de Dinard

Séjour agréable dans cette maison au calme (impasse) aux portes de Dinard (entrée d’agglomération à 400m) Logement lumineux & équipé conformément à la description. Véhicule en sécurité. Terrasse exposée plein sud pour profiter le midi, à l’ombre en fin d’après-midi/soir. Plage à proximité (100m) avec vue sur le barrage EDF (mais baignade interdite), belle plage du Prieuré située plus loin ( 1.7 km = 25 min à pied). Plage de l’écluse animée avec de nombreux commerces (>3km) St Lunaire, St Malo , GR, piscine de mer, mini golf , dégustation de crêpes, visite du barrage, etc… de quoi faire. Possibilité de se déplacer qu’à pieds pour les bons marcheurs. Remise des clefs & état des lieux avec les propriétaires (arrivée/départ) A noter : -> Surprise gustative lors de l’arrivée. -> eau/elec à la charge du locataire (suite abus antérieurs), l’information figure après le versement de l’acompte. -> Température élevée le soir dans les 2 chambres à l'étage dès que c’est ensoleillé. -> Rangements nombreux à l’étage, plus juste dans la chambre du rdc.

maison propre, bien équipée bien située dans un environnement calme.Proprietaire accueillante et sympathique. Temperature élevée le soir dans les 2 chambres à l'étage quand la journée est ensoleillée. Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un WC au RDC et pas à l'étage. Dommage que le tarif de la location ne comprenne pas un forfait eau/electricité minimum. Tout m3 et kwh utilisé est donc facturé en supplément. Cependant la location est tres agréable correspondant à sa description

Sehr schönes Haus, komplette Ausstattung, sehr ruhige Wohnlage, guter Startpunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Die nächsten Läden (Bäcker usw.) sind allerdings ca. 1 km entfernt. Die freundlichen Vermieter sprechen ausschließlich Französisch, was man beachten sollte.

Très jolie maison parfaitement entretenue

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison rouge. La maison est très moderne, lumineuse et surtout parfaitement entretenue, très propre. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très agréables. A noter toutefois (nous étions passé à côté de l’info) que les draps sont en supplément (16€ par lit), l’eau et l’électricité sont à rajouter en plus et le ménage n’est pas compris dans le prix. Nous recommandons toutefois sans hésitation cette location.

Très bon séjour à la maison rouge !

Logement très agréable, proche de la mer par un petit sentier, parfait pour les petits . La maison est très agréable, bien entretenue et la literie confortable . Tout était parfait , merci à Marie-Anne et son époux pour l’hospitalité et l’accueil .
