VRBO should be embarrassed.

There were several large dark spots on the area carpet,When I reached for bowl in the cupboard it was very dirty, the freezer had ice cream that had melted & refrozen, the liquid hand soap in the bathroom had more water than soap in the dispenser, the floors dirty & the dirt collected on our socks, the kitchen was poorly equipped, there no pot holders, some of the throw pills were torn. At this time we will not be renting through VRBO in the future.

Issues

The king bed is very soft, and the springs are squeaky and noisy. The TV was difficult to turn on and off and it was time consuming to access the cable. We had to call the owner to get assistance but it still was finicky throughout the time we were renting. Trying to make phone calls inside the unit was near impossible. The best reception was on the patio. Several lamps did not work. The unit was dark unless you opened all the shutters which reduced your privacy. The unit shows its age and needs some updating.

security for the connecting studio

A very nice property, however, a couple of things. The connecting studio should have a double lock. We could easily open the door from our l bedroom, so the security needs to be dealt with immediately. Second, we were only given 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth in the bathroom and there were no kitchen towels at all. Maybe they were somewhere else, but we couldn't find them. It was pretty pricey for 3 nights. I assume it was because of the tennis tournament. We will probably look for something a little less expensive next time, since we didn't spend much time there. Thank you.

We have stayed at this property, but not in this unit. It was very clean & well-stocked with cleaning supplies. The host was very responsive & everything was as pictured on VRBR.

La Quinta Stay

The condo above us was very noisy with a couple of kids running around and being very loud from 6am until 9pm. Fortunately, they were only above us for 5 days of the 15 days we were staying there. The condo needs to be dusted and the hard wood floors need to be cleaned/mopped thoroughly. Having more cleaning products available, like toilet bowl cleaner and brush would be helpful. And more laundry detergent for washing towels and close would be nice to have along with a floor mop as well. Just having more cleaning supplies would have been useful for a 2+ week stay in the condo.
